Me either - but I let my imagination run and came up with a pretty good dish.
Since I didn't bring home any fish to eat, we had to settle for chicken.
Cubed zucchini, onion, garlic, bell peppers, mushrooms, artichoke hearts, and tomatoes came together with some browned chicken breast meat and some oven roasted red potatoes to make a pretty good (and low fat) meal.
The Braves game was coming on but with a couple of hours of sunlight left I thought I might swing by Evans lake to see how the bass were surviving in all the excess water.
I was pleasantly surprised to find the bass happy, hungry, and healthy.

The sunset alone was worth the price of admission but catching a bunch of bass was time well spent in itself.

You did get some nice fish, but you really nailed that Sunset!
Great pictures, and I like the idea of "your night to cook." May have to try that out - in Phil's defense, he does do dishes almost every night! I also thought the sunset was a good shot.
Have you ever caught a Tagged Fish??
