I took a conference call at home on Friday afternoon to beat the rush hour traffic and was ready to go well before dark.
I started out fishing on the jetties and caught some bottom feeders and a couple rat reds.

Sand Trout on the Pier
I caught sand trout steadily from 9-11pm and finally decided to pack it in. I didn't see one speck caught and figured I could use the sleep.
I must be getting old.

Not a bad night, getting sleep has nothing to do with getting old! Its a basic life skill same as getting enough nutrition.
We need a trip to the back water...TS Humberto will mess things up for a whle now!
